eXp Realty Mentor Program. New agents who’ve not yet completed three transactions in the previous 12 months will be assigned a mentor upon joining eXp Realty. The mentor is a local real estate agent, who meets a required amount of production to be able to mentor other agents. This mentor is there to help with any questions the new agent may have.
Free High-Performance Coaching. Coaching sessions via call, Zoom, or video modules on a large variety of subjects to help with your personal goals. Mickie Cioccia

A recognized leader in the Real Estate industry with over thirty years of experience, Mickie Cioccia has built her reputation on honesty, integrity, and trust. A true Texan, Mickie holds a bachelor's degree from Texas State University. Her vast experience includes Sales Manager, Computers Systems Manager, and Controller. As the team leader, she negotiates contracts, leads the business, and she is the mastermind behind all the marketing efforts for Mickie C. and Company Realty. With her team of specialists at Mickie C. Team, she currently services Katy and the surrounding areas. A real estate experience that will have you tickled pink with their services.

Brenda Hall

Brenda is a Licensed Associate at the Mickie C Team. She is our Dispute Resolution Specialist and works diligently to resolve issues. Her earned designations include the Accredited Buyer Designation (ABR) , the Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation (SRES), and she is an Accredited REO Agent.

Shawna Hobbs

Shawna Hobbs has held her Texas Real Estate License since 2015, and she is a designated as a Master Negotiation Expert (MCNE). Whether it’s buying or selling, Shawna strives to provide the best customer service and high level of communication with exceptional organizational skills to all parties to ensure a smooth transaction. From her beginnings in the commercial real estate to her transition to the residential real estate, Shawna’s goal is to make sure our clients feel comfortable with the process of buying or selling from beginning to end.

Alexis Montgomery

Alexis is an Executive Assistant who strives to help her team meet their goals. Alexis has lived in Katy for 19 years, and she comes with years of experience as an Operations Assistant. Before that, she excelled in the service-industry. Customer service is a passion of Alexis’s, so she will always try to help and she’ll do it with a smile!
